Week one is for patterns, not certainty
The first week rarely tells you the complete story, but it does reveal whether the workspace is alive, whether the tools are being exercised, and whether the rollout plan matches reality.
Good first-week signals
- Conversation volume aligns with your rollout expectations.
- Tool activity appears where the workflows should require it.
- The workspace health snapshot matches what operators see in live surfaces.
What analytics cannot replace
Charts do not replace transcript review. If the numbers look reasonable but the answers sound generic, return to the Inbox transcripts and Knowledge review before expanding traffic.
